Is your current daily standup just an another meeting? Are you just reporting your yesterday? You handle “three questions of the daily”, but by the end of standup do not receive any real boost to sprint progress?
Well, may be we can fix that. This is short playful workshop, which simulates 2 ways of sharing the information on the standups. The game empower participants to discuss the possibilities to change the form of their daily and the difference between being focused on people actions and being focused on product discoveries.
