Jira Tips
As I have already 8 years of experience of proactively implementing Atlassian products in both IT development and IT operations, as well as non-IT units (such as HR and business units), I have gathered some know-hows and cool tips for making Jira support your workflow. So I decided to share some of them here.
Just a bit of a background on what problems I’ve handled so far.
I’ve provided practical support and developed solutions to challenges across the entire Jira spectrum:
- Digitizing workflows in teams and larger units;
- Setting up and managing non-standard projects;
- Supporting data collection and tracking with visual solutions;
- Aggregating and visualizing business and IT plans and tasks;
- Creating collaborative solutions for teams;
- Creating solutions aimed at more efficient task allocation;
- Supporting product owners, scrum masters, managers, and business users in using Jira, and more.
Also for over 3 years, I worked as an Agile Coach within a large enterprise’s in-house Atlassian team, contributing to shaping the corporate Jira development strategy.
