Jira. Visualizing on a timeline

This is a deep dive into Jira’s Histogram gadget and Plans functionality.

In this workshop, we will explore two Jira tools that help you visualize:

• your distribution
• your existing delivery plan

As a result, you will understand your team’s actual reliability and how the Histogram can support your improvements in this area.

I will also share my know-how based on multiple years of implementing Plans visualization across the entire business domain. This covers Plans logic and how to use it in Agile product planning to move away from Gantt-like tables of guesswork. So, in the future, you can start from data, statistics, and product reality rather than from deadlines and project plans. This is based on my personal discoveries while working with Plans, which complements what can be found in official documentation and forums.

Of course, we won’t skip multiple playful workshops and practical exercises with your actual projects for personal discovery. The course is planned in two parts over two different days, allowing you to implement theory in your project and return with your questions.
