Epics. Organizing the backlog
Epic power!
Your product backlog probably has epic level, right? So, it seems like this kind of discussion is not for you. But hold on. Do you have everlasting or very long-lasting epics? Is the scope of your epics something amorphous, changing, and undefined? Do you have multiple epics at once in your Sprint? Do you need team estimations to understand how complicated every next business initiative is?
If some of your answers are at least close to “Yes”, then maybe you still need to pay attention.
